Webrexlab provides software development services, including but not limited to coding, testing, and maintenance of software applications. The specifics of the services will be outlined in separate agreements between Webrexlab and the client.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for the successful delivery of the services. Clients must also adhere to the agreed-upon timelines and cooperate with Webrexlab in the development process.

4. Payment and Fees

Payment terms and fees for services will be outlined in a separate agreement between Webrexlab and the client. Failure to make timely payments may result in a delay or suspension of services.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, related to the software developed by Webrexlab shall belong to Webrexlab unless otherwise specified in writing.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or confidential information obtained during the course of the services. This includes but is not limited to business processes, code, and technical information.

7. Limitation of Liability

Webrexlab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the services for any reason with written notice. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all completed work, and Webrexlab shall deliver any completed work to the client.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, India.

10. Changes to Terms

Webrexlab reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is the client's responsibility to review these terms regularly.
